Oolong tea is a black tea that's rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. Oolong tea can boost your metabolism and block those pesky enzymes that promote fat buildup. Oolong tea does have caffeine so limit your consumption during the day so you sleep peaceful at night.
Radishes are cruciferous and packed with antioxidants. Radishes are filling, low in digestible carbs, high in fiber and contain lots of water. They're great for weight loss, and have many other benefits. Eat your radishes, they do the body good!
