Mindful Meals is a great recipe book to add to your collection. I have many recipe books, but this one is by far one of the best. The meals are simple to make and delicious. It has helped me see that I can eat an 80% raw vegan diet without skimping on the flavor. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who needs a good, clean vegan recipe book.
